Hypnosis doesn't make you do anything you don't want to do, even with drugs. The CIA tried to do that, and they failed.
That said, hypnosis can certainly heighten latent and repressed desires, as well as put bad ideas in your head. It's up to you which ideas you listen to, sometimes you have to say, "even though this hypnosis feels good, some of the ideas are bad" and stop listening, which can be somewhat difficult, but much, much, much easier than quitting any drug.
Hypnosis can be sort of addictive, but there's absolutely no chemical addiction, so the worse thing you'd have to do is train yourself out of a bad habit. I'd say it's less "addictive" and more, "this is cool/fun/relaxing, I'm going to keep doing it because I don't want to find another hypnosis track that's better for me".
It could turn out that you're trans, or non-binary, in which case the hypnosis might actually have a permanent effect, but it's better you deal with that sooner in your life than later. A lot of feminization hypnosis MP3s can also contain a lot of problematic or humiliating things, that might not be super great or healthy, so again, use your own discretion.
Most of the issues with hypnosis are moot if you have a real person you can trust, and comfortably talk with, doing the hypnosis. Communication is the key, take time outside of sessions to discuss what you did and didn't enjoy, or whatever you're worried about.
Hypnosis will only do what you want it to, all it is is guided meditation, and maybe a bit of peer pressure. People have been doing it since the dawn of humanity, meditating is just organising your thoughts so that you have a better idea of what's going on.
Of course you can also play with the idea that your sense aren't perfect, and the fact that your brain does a LOT of processing to make sense of the spotty and shoddy signals it receives. It's sort of like when you think you see something in the corner of your eye when it's dark, but then you look directly at it and realize it's something else. Google's deep dreaming neural network is a great vizualization of this, or a good metaphor for your brain processing stuff.
The brain is super complicated but also super messy and your sense are a lot less reliable than anyone likes to admit.
